Cancellation Policy

**STUDIO 512 BARBERSHOP — CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & SERVICE POLICY** When you book an appointment with Studio 512 Barbershop, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our barbers’ time and maintain fairness for all clients, we strictly enforce the following policies. **1. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES** - Cancellations or reschedules must be made **no later than 1 hour prior** to your scheduled appointment. - Any appointment canceled or changed **less than 1 hour before** the scheduled time will be considered a **late cancellation**. - Late cancellations will be charged **95% of the scheduled service price** to the card on file or must be paid in full prior to rebooking. --- **2. NO-SHOWS** - Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged **95% of the full service fee**. - Repeated no-shows may result in **restricted booking privileges** or **permanent denial of future appointments**. --- **3. LATE ARRIVALS** - A **10-minute grace period** is provided as a courtesy. - Clients arriving **9 minutes late or more** may forfeit their appointment to avoid impacting the next client. - If your appointment must be rescheduled due to tardiness, **95% of the service fee** will apply before a new appointment can be booked. --- **4. PAYMENT & ENFORCEMENT** By booking an appointment with Studio 512 Barbershop, you authorize the shop to charge your card on file for any applicable late, no-show, or rescheduling fees. These charges are **non-refundable** and **non-transferable**. All fees must be satisfied before future bookings are accepted. Exceptions will only be made in verified emergencies and at the full discretion of Studio 512 Barbershop management. --- **5. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE** Studio 512 Barbershop reserves the right to **refuse service** to any individual at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: - Repeated policy violations - Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior - Failure to comply with shop rules or payment terms Our barbershop is a professional environment, and we maintain the right to protect the safety, respect, and comfort of both clients and staff. --- **6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT** By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Studio 512 Barbershop policies.
